Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Dynasty Bot ("the Bot"), operated by BUILD Labs LLC. By inviting the Bot to a Discord server, or by using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the Bot.

You must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where these Terms conflict with Discord's, Discord's prevail.

2. What the Bot does

The Bot administers online dynasty leagues: it tracks schedules and results, creates per-game channels, computes standings, generates editorial recaps, runs the postseason, and provides league-management tooling to commissioners.

3. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, 13 or older in most places. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Bot only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Your server, your data, your responsibility

• The person who installs the Bot, and anyone given a commissioner role, is responsible for the league's use of it — including what is pasted into the Bot's channels.
• Do not paste content into the Bot that you do not have the right to share.
• You are responsible for your own server's rules and permissions.
• We are not responsible for disputes between league members, including disputes about schedules, results, rulings, or eligibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Bot to harass, threaten, or target any person;
• attempt to extract other users' data, probe or bypass access controls, or scrape the service;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Bot or its infrastructure;
• use the Bot for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• resell or sublicense the Bot without our written permission.

We may suspend access for a server or a user that violates these Terms, without notice.

6. Premium features and payment

• Premium access is $20, one time, per game title year. It is not a recurring subscription and there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Premium access applies to the whole server that purchased it, for the game title year for which it was bought.
• If we change the price, access already purchased is unaffected.

Refunds. Because premium access is granted immediately, purchases are normally non-refundable. That said, if the Bot did not do what we said it would do for you, contact support@dynastybot.us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you. We would rather make it right than keep money for something that did not work.

Trials. We may offer a free trial. Trial access ends when the trial period ends, and we may modify or withdraw a trial at any time.

7. Intellectual property

• The Bot, its code, its name, and its branding belong to BUILD Labs LLC.
• EA Sports College Football is a trademark of Electronic Arts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts. The Bot reads and displays league information that users provide about a game they play; it does not contain or distribute EA's software, assets, or data.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit — schedules, screenshots, results. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display it in order to run your league, including transmitting league facts to a third-party AI provider to generate recaps, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and features may be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Where we discontinue a feature you have paid for, we will give notice in the support server.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost league activity, or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, if required by Discord, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical we will give notice in the support server. If we end your paid access early for our own reasons, we will refund the unused portion pro rata.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the support server and the date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
